If an owner wishes to make alterations or build additions that will change the footprint of permanent improvements on the parcel, a request for design approval must be submitted to the HOA Managers for presentation to the Board of Directors.  The owner shall have design approval from the Board of Directors before seeking a building permit from the City of Las Cruces.
